DELHI-MUMBAI INDUSTRIAL CORRIDOR (DMIC)

The Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) is an ambitious infrastructure project designed to enhance India's industrial output, attract foreign investment, and generate employment opportunities on an unprecedented scale. Spanning over 1,500 kilo meters and passing through six states—Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra—the corridor integrates high-speed rail, expressways, and dedicated freight corridors to streamline logistics and boost trade.

A key component of India’s Make in India initiative, DMIC is envisioned as a world-class industrial zone that fosters economic growth along its route. With state-of-the-art facilities, green technology adoption, and efficient supply chain systems, it aims to position India as a global manufacturing and export powerhouse. Once operational, the project is expected to significantly reduce transit time, enhance economic connectivity, and contribute.
